Tara Bayat is a director, editor and post producer based in New York. She holds an M.A. in Cinema Studies from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and a B.A. from SUNY Purchase. In her career she has oscillated between working in film, digital media, and academia. She combines her post expertise with a deep understanding of film history, story, and structure. She continues to bridge these avenues of experience in her professional and personal work.
